Privacy policy

Neowave LLC operates provenchannels.com. This policy explains what we collect and why. We don’t sell or share personal information for advertising.
What we collect
- Applications. When you apply as a client or partner, we receive what you type into the form (name, email, channel link, niche and so on), the partner code you arrived with, the page you first landed on, and your country as reported by our hosting provider.
- Page analytics. We count page views and button clicks without cookies. Each event records the page, the referring site, campaign tags in the link, and your country. It does not record your IP address or identify you.
- On your device. Your browser stores a partner code for up to 60 days and the date and page of your first visit, so a referral is credited correctly. This stays in your browser’s local storage and you can clear it at any time.
- Customers. If you sign up, we also keep billing records (processed by our payment provider; we never see full card numbers), the files we make for you, and our emails with you. With your permission we read your channel’s analytics to prepare reports.
Why we use it
To answer your application, deliver the service, bill you, credit partners, keep records the law requires, and understand which pages and channels bring people to us.
Who processes it
Cloudflare (hosting, database and analytics), our payment processor, and our email provider. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
How long we keep it
Applications that don’t become customers: 18 months. Customer records: for as long as you’re a customer plus the period tax law requires. Analytics events: up to 90 days.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by emailing hello@provenchannels.com. We reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have further rights, and you can complain to your data-protection authority.
Children
The service is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
