Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Neowave LLC, which operates Proven Channels at provenchannels.com. By signing up for a plan you agree to them, together with our Guarantee terms and Privacy policy.
1. The service
We produce videos for you to publish: scripts, voiceover, editing, thumbnails, titles, descriptions and tags, in the quantities of the plan you choose. We are a production service. We are not affiliated with YouTube or Google, and we do not control how YouTube ranks, recommends or monetizes videos.
2. Your channel and your content
- The channel is yours. It sits in your Google account and we never ask for your password. If you want us to schedule uploads, you add us as a channel manager and can remove us at any time.
- Once a billing period is paid, you own the videos, scripts and thumbnails we delivered in it, and may keep using them after you cancel.
- Music, footage and voices we use are licensed for use in your videos on YouTube and other social platforms. Don’t extract them for other uses.
- We publish your channel’s name or numbers only with your written permission.
3. Your responsibilities
- Follow YouTube’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and monetization policies.
- Review each video before publishing it. You are the publisher.
- Give accurate information and reply to approval requests within a reasonable time.
- Don’t ask us for content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or that presents medical, legal or financial advice.
4. Billing and cancellation
- Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel.
- Cancel any time before your next billing date by emailing hello@provenchannels.com or from your billing portal. Cancelling stops future charges; we still deliver the period you already paid for.
- Refunds are available only as described in our Guarantee terms.
- Founding-client and partner discounts apply for the stated number of months, then the normal price applies.
5. Revisions
Each video includes up to two rounds of reasonable revisions requested within 7 days of delivery, such as fixing errors, changing wording or swapping visuals. A new topic or a change of style counts as a new video.
6. No guaranteed results
We do not promise income, views, subscribers, watch time or acceptance into the YouTube Partner Program. See our Earnings disclaimer.
7. Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, or indirect or consequential losses.
8. Ending the service
We may stop working with an account that breaks these terms, abuses our team, or asks for content we won’t make. If we end the service without cause, we refund any period you paid for and have not received.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll email active customers at least 14 days before a material change takes effect. A billing period that has already started stays under the terms in force when it began.
